According to a McKinsey report, three out of four employees indicated that stigma was present in their workplaces.
The 2024 Workplace Mental Health Summit, hosted by Sinclairity Consulting LLC and the Greater San Antonio YMCA, was created to help Texas companies and organizations improve employee engagement and support while making mental health their bottom line.
